CA Sumith Raja is a Chartered Accountant and strategic advisor with expertise spanning Audit & Assurance, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Regulatory Compliance, and Corporate Advisory. He brings a structured, risk-focused, and governance-driven approach to financial oversight and business advisory engagements.
A Commerce graduate from Bangalore University, he completed his articleship with MSSV & Co., Chartered Accountants, Bangalore, where he gained comprehensive exposure to statutory audits, internal control evaluations, taxation frameworks, and compliance reviews across diverse industries.
Since qualifying in 2018, he has led and executed engagements for SMEs, growth-stage enterprises, closely held companies, and emerging businesses. His advisory focus extends beyond compliance to strategic financial planning and risk mitigation.
